- Work closely with account team to participate in the project pitch, and be responsible for the overall visual presentation
- Propose feasible solution for visual design according to the creative brief and supervise the execution
- Assist the project leader in rolling out execution plan and ensure punctual and quality deliverables of the creative development and visual design
- Responsible for the quality and details of creative design deliverables to ensure consistency with creative needs
- Undertake the work of team management, talent development and performance evaluation etc. if necessary
- Communicate with external 3rd party and vendor if necessary
- Assist in developing up-to-date technologies and improving current workflow
- Bachelor degree or above, and candidate in advertising, art and video production major is preferred
- Full-time working experience in art and visual design for no less than 5 years and team management for no less than 2 years. Candidate with experience in branding design and integrated marketing project is preferred
- In-depth research on PS / AI / ID and other graphic design software, and extensive understanding of C4D / AE / PR and other software
- Proficient in 2D/3D/video production in terms of the technologies applied and producing process, and familiar with new visual technologies and tools
- Good mastery of the overall project with excellent visual and aesthetic sense, able to use design language properly and have unique insight in up-to-date design style
- High artistic cultivation and ability to understand client brief, planning direction, video script and creative needs precisely
- Able to supervise the whole delivery of creative design, give solution to various of questions in time and be responsible for the overall quality
- High sense of responsibility and good working attitude, ability of plan management and efficient execution, spirit of teamwork and good communication skills. Good at enhancing the professional capability and aesthetics of design team, and assist the project leader in human resources allocation. Excellent adaptability and emotion management, and be able to work under pressure

Human Resource Management- Recruitment posts publishing and pre-screening
- Data entry, labor contract management and job orientation for on-board staff
- Routine attendance check and office order management
- Participate in staff performance evaluation and analysis
- Staff non-wage benefits design and regular outing arrangement
Cashier- Bank account management, social security related issues, regular bank settlement etc.
- Application form and cash claim, including cheque, bank draft, invoice and receipts management
- Bank account and cash book keeping, and be responsible for keeping financial chop
- Monthly staff reimbursement collection, check, preliminary review and filing
- Staff salary payment
- Proficient in MS office software including but not limited to word, powerpoint, excel. Candidate good at data sorting, tally and analysis by excel is preferred
- Familiar with Shanghai human resource and social security related policies and regulations, and be able to handle staff on-board procedures
- Qualified for accounting and observe cashier procedures and discipline strictly
- Able to fit in the company culture, good communication skills and ability to coordinate and consolidate staff as a team

- Lead account, providing communication counseling, updating on project progress, and reporting project, to be a reliable communication consultant of client and build trust toward the company
- Lead pitch proposal and project execution plan, including but not limited to strategy forming, message drafting, project budgeting and timeline planning, resource allocation, KPI setting, 3rd party coordination, to meet client’s requirement, achieve KPI and guarantee profit margin of projects
- Coach team members and junior staff, develop skill-set on the job and get team ready for the project requirement, join in the process of junior staff recruitment, contribute to developing an learning organization and curating a positive company ethos and culture
- 5-8 years of working experience in agencies or in-house Marketing or Communication roles
- Proven track record in project management and client (including internal clients) management, as well as meeting KPI or achieving result as planned
- Strong sense of big-picture thinking for strategy forming and sufficient savvy and skills in IMC or /and corporate communication planning
- Excellent know-how of content planning and generation, including but not limited to press release, social articles, advertorial, video story board, etc.
- Experience of leadership and team development, with proven track record of performance assessment, giving constructive feedback and people management
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in both Chinese and English, with proficiency in PPT, WORD and EXCEL
